Oh, I didn't post the story on my colored version (she deleted hers from her gallery a while back), but the story was that because when a child turns 16, they don't need their fairy godparents anymore, Timmy was like "you can't leave, I still need you"

o_o Perdy! At first glance, I thought it was anime, then I noticed the crown and "silly pink hat" and I was like "o_o ZOMG Fairly Odd Parents!?" I thought Cosmo was a Bishounen and Timmy was a girl. XD Who knows what goes on in my mind? Certainly not me, that's for sure. XD
