Description
Katsuo Mitsurugi is an 18 year old man from the year 2028. On his 18th birthday, he came across a strange watch on the way home. Through his curiosity and with the help from his best friend, he managed to become Kamen Rider Reis. He likes to travel and discover new things, but not like an ordinary person would. He can travel through time and space, and he does so free spiritedly. He always bring along his best friend whenever he go on a journey.
He bumps into the Zi-O gang from time to time, but doesn’t stay for long. Usually bump heads with Geiz whenever their differences show.
