Description
This is what you find when you take a left turn at Albuqureque. Finally got to finish my half of a collaboration project with the amazing artist :iconRacconPioneer: As he suggested we went with our version of a classic Tex Avery visual gag. His original characters Roy and Stephanie Raccoon and my fan characters Ayako and Gavin all appear to be a bit puzzled and amused over finding the boundary line. Yeah, it's what it looks like Ayako and Gavin traveling in classic WB style.

I like the way you merged the styles! Especially with that poor sign, he must have no idea what's happening to him, he's scared, he wants out, hes wondering how his life has got to this point, what he's done to deserve this, why bad things always happen to him, or her like we don't know for sure he can't even tell us what he is, poor little sign.Β
"Why am I a square on one side and a trapezoid on the other?! Why did I have to be built in F*cking Albuqureque!?mIt's not even spelt how it sounds! It doesn't make sense! Look at me even i dont make sense! Nothing about my life makes sense! WHYYYYY?!"
~Artist Style Line Sign, 3 days before he got chopped up by somebody who is not me and definatly not remade into my new coffie table which I don't have.
wanna come over for some coffie?

It was fun doing the collaboration with RaccoonPioneer. He has a real appreciation for such classic gags like this. He sent me his half after he was done and it took me a bit to come up with an appropriate response for my half. I enjoy doing collabs more than taking request and art trades mainly because there is real effort put in on both sides verses me putting in some serious work when the person I do the request for not appreciating it or them doing a half ass job for the art trade.
I'm glad you put that poor sign out of its misery, but then again I was a bit concerned given the fact that it developed a self awareness. Coffee sounds good right about now.

That's a clever concept and it was executed really well ^^
Β
it reminds me of a futurama episode where fry is looking through a telescope and he sees an alternate universe with everyone wearing Texan clothing

I like how roy and Stephanie are surprised yet you look over to the left, Ayako just embraces it while Gavin just looks more confused than anthing.
