I think I liked this one a bit more than the first link you sent, but they are both really cute songs.

Glad you liked them. The Sesame St. sounding one is the ending theme song for an anime called School Rumble it's one most people tend to overlook, but it's really funny and the story is pretty good. I think both subbed and dubbed can be found on YT.
