Hey there! I love Paint Tool Sai and it's so great because it is so simple to use! You just have to get the hang of it! Even I still learn things as I use it! I just thought people might like to see how I use it and maybe get some tips along the way! This isn't meant to be a fully detailed tutorial, but just a guide, if you will! I hope that you can find help with it, but if you have any questions, feel free to ask me!Obviously I used Paint tool sai to make this haha xD
Also used GIMP!

Good question! lol.
I personally think that the blur tool is used for, well bluring the spot that you choose...and the water tools are for like blending like water colors in real life!

If you draw your lines on paper, how can you import the image to SAI ?

Hi! You can either scan it using a printer or take a photo of it and upload the picture to your computer and open it in SAI!
