I think I managed to miss each and every successive stream you were working on this, so it's great to finally be able to at least see the finished thing!
It's awesome to see you do a comic sequence like this, it turned out amazingly well, especially after hearing of some of the troubles you ran into while doing it. Thankfully all the hard work definitely paid off in the end!
I love that panel of the weights dropping to the ground there towards the end to signify the end of the workout, you really get an idea of just how insanely heavy they are, and it gives it an immediate "boom, job done" feel to it. Oh yes, and all the ones of Jo's muscles too, of course. 
Hope we see more comics from you at some point in the future (and with less problems to go with them next time), because this particular one is fantastic! Really, really great work!
