Well, I did manage to get around to rendering a larger version of Sexy Kung Fu Pinup and WITH EDITS!
Well, if adding a background and some touchups are considered edits... 
Other than that, this one will be used for prints, unless someone really wants the unedited version and I could upload that as well. I couldn't really bring myself to delete the old one.

With my current level of skills, the best I can do is alter her face via morph injections after editing in another 3D app, such as Blender . Also, the base level mesh is not mine, it's from DAZ 3D's Aiko 3 model; and until I can feel more comfortable with making more than minor adjustments, this character will more than likely stay this way.
Thankfully, making a game forces one to create original content!
