this is really pretty I like it a lot, The blue seems so enchanting on her but the dark blue surrounding her is more eerie I love the feel it gives. Great Piece

This is really nice...I love the color contrast between the light blonde of the figure/dark background. Also, the movement (the "flow") of the hair's very well done. If I were you, though, I'll work on the dress more, since it looks a little "out of place"...I think the pic would be enhanced if her dress is a tint darker so that it would almost merge into the background to provide an even more striking contrast with the hair/skin.
