I don't get why so many fans bitch about this season. I liked the way it put the kids in the middle of danger and made them fight, swapping out the original dynamic of human and digimon partner for the method of spirit evolution. It made for a fresher look at things after the beloved first three seasons. And I love how you captured the essence of their elemental powers here.
