The design strong and the coloring well done. Some of the shading needs to be a bit stronger, but the image doesn't suffer for it. Excellent job.

The face makes this one work. I'd put some more shading on the inside of the wings, make them more visibly curved, but the shading on the body is, in comparison, quite a bit better. I also like that white top of the skirt and how it's shaped, it feels nice. Rather nice looks on the background with them variable facets, too. Overall, nicely done.
