It's more Zaffaera. I always forget to draw the spikes under her eyes.
I tried to draw a background for once. It was fun.

In a book, once (it was Fablehaven, actually) I read this one part where one of the characters commented on how the niads cared as much about mortals as we do about insects. We would squish an ant the same way they would drown a human. To us, insects lives are as short as our lives were to the niads, and at the time while we live, our lives seem to last forever. But I never thought about how the lives of an insect might seem just as long to them. We barely think about killing or harming living things that are "lesser" than us, or don't live as long. Maybe we should actually consider their perspectives once in a while.

If if they don't bother me, I don't bother them.
