Yes, even the most chipper can have a rough start sometimes. Thank you. I need to modify it slightly because from what I can gather something like this would be much more popular on a black tee than a whirte one.

You got it. I bet it would be a much better seller that way. I've been trying to find out if there is a computer program I can access that will create a white outline around the artwork once I change the background from white to black.

I did offer it on a popular well known website that allows users to sell their original art on numerous items like coffee mugs and clothing, but within a few days they removed it and sent an email saying that it was too close to copyrighted material to allow. From their perspective, I understand, and it's not worth pursuing.

Well, thank you. But, like I've commented before to others about this drawing, it's not meant as a negative commentary on Disney in any way, shape or form. It's just noting that no one is full of smiles all of the time.

I'm sure that's part of a larger interview, but I doubt he really felt that way. Especially about his wife Lillian. Or his daughters. His wife, after all, did name Mickey Mouse according to the often repeated story. It's an easy sentiment to relate to, though 
I'm glad so many people seem to like this drawing. It must appeal to a lot of people for different reasons, and I knew it was a good idea from the start.
