Description
The body of Charmander is the same as the body of the Bulbasaur pattern of aphid777 , you can find the pattern here fav.me/d6sww43 .
However the rest is changed, head, arms and legs.

Details
For the face and the nails you need felt. First make a the shape with a little bit of felt, when you have the right shape, fill it.
For the eyes begin with the white layer and just layer the blue, black and white light spot on top.
With the nails felt a lot on a tiny spot, this will make it come out.

Love it! Im making it, but I'm a little confused at the arms a legs. What do you mean go back and forth insteadof rounds? I tried it but it looks weird. Can you explain it to me or shoe me how its supposed to look. Thanks!

I think that is how you make the shoulders and such, so the arms aren't sticking straight out when they're attached. I've never tried it personally, though, so I can't be of much help :/
