what are you using to "vector" this. because it looks like a raster image to me...

I just call it that, I know it's not a vector but I've seen others called it a vector but it's not, just a digitized.

Okay because vectoring is WAY different from using something like paint tool sai or gimp. Gimp mimics vector programs with its pen tool but it's not a true vector program.
