Yeah, I wanted the humor in this piece to be self-deprecating to balance out the improbable hawtness of my avatar. You know, because there always has to be a caveat. And since I'm essentially talking about myself, finding and pointing out the flaws was easy. All creative minds have something very very abnormal about them. Mine is perfectionism. 
As for the two left hands, good eye on that! This drawing was part of a brief run I had where I wanted to emphasize poses that were impossible with only two hands, which I've explored again more recently with "Have a Heart" and "Jillian." In this case, I wanted something that involved two hands on the same side but neither on the other side. So the bracelet became a prop for my lower left hand to play with. ^^ Sadly, that pose did create a couple proportioning issues, but they're not immediately noticeable.

Totally gotcha. I spend a great deal of time finely tuning Etsu for the same reason. With experimentation and a couple of happy accidents I have come to enjoy setting up her hands when she is in conversation for example. The upper arms could be giving a 'shrug' motion whilst the lower ones nervously toy with part of her clothing...hey presto it has far more expression than can be achieved with just two hands.

When she was a baby, Azzy and most of her family got lost in space after evacuating Tradugu during a devastating war, and she somehow wound up in a wormhole which took her to Earth in another universe. By unknown means - possibly magical - she was turned human, only to become a Shivite again during puberty. But because this universe was populated partially by mutated humans, she was mistaken for one such mutant.

Didn't think it was the nose... looking again, it looks like you've changed your hair colors. There's definitely never been pink of that particular shade, but I also got a nagging feeling that that indigo shade is new, too. but looking throughh the gallery... have you pulled an Orwelian Edit on us?! >: o

Also, this is a bit late, but it's not just the face. A lot of the proportions, anatomy, and details seem different. Again, not sure what it is, but the word "tighter" keeps coming to mind.
