Description After three weeks of the muse demanding more foot rubs and guava juice, she finally dragged me by the wrist to my computer and said, "You should give props to some of the artists who inspired you to draw in the first place!" And I was like, "...Brilliant. o.o"

So first, a shout-out to ~AccessWorld . One of the reasons I decided to use my authoring powers to blow up my Mutantverse in "Wanderer" is because, quite frankly, the premise was too similar to Accessland, and I didn't want to rip him off. The nature of the Arkaden Dividre setting works just as well for evoking the themes of acceptance (or lack thereof) and how everybody is different. The chief difference between the two settings is that, in Arkaden, the "mutants" aren't out in the open for everybody to see.

Accessland shows us why the various monsters, aliens, and fantasy creatures of Arkaden choose to remain hidden. Even though the frequency of mutant female births in the Accessverse is so high that it makes excluding them from the outside world impossible, the men and "normal" women still treat them as freaks or sexual objects. Granted, the government is extremely benevolent to mutants there, but the social structure continues to uphold segregation.

Despite all this, the mutant girls of Accessland High School still find reasons to be happy. That's what makes them so appealing, I think. Not just the fact that they're different, but also take pride in their differences. ^^

So for helping shape my stories, interests, and characterizations, I present to Access some fanart of my favorite Accessland mutant, Stefi. As a background character, Stefi doesn't see a whole lot of the limelight, but I will grant that she's pretty hard to draw compared to armless Gaby, half-fur Caty, or bereft-of-extra-body-parts Brittany (when she's not in pieces). However, as I've said before in a comment on "My Costume," I am very fascinated by the inherent ambiguity of a two-headed character with a single name. Just look at her main head's toothy grin and her tail head's shy smile. Doesn't it make you wonder...?

Stefi is (C)

Mature tag removed... Compared to other pics around this place? They're not that big. >///>

Omg,Β the world is so small! I've discovered you and Access almost simultaneously, and my interest for this kind of art has started from Access too! And right away I found you, via the sometimes-almighty MoreLikeThis.

P.s. Found this pic by accident, but couldn't help but comment, even though usually I prefer to be silent.
P.P.S. Can anyone tell how to add a signature? I'm not new here but still couldn't figure it out...

Hehe, thanks. ^^

As far as signature goes, if you hover over your portrait in the bar at the top of your screen and click on "Settings," go to the "Identity" tab. You can set things like your avatar and signature there.

He, thants! Didn't expect you to answer! Β But a problem appeared: the awesome signature I was going to set has been completely forgotten XD That's my problem though..

That tailhead kinda reminds me Men In Black (probably the sequel, but not sure)

Yup, Scrad and Charlie - Johnny Knoxville's characters in the sequel. I think they came first and inspired Stefi, although I could be wrong.

Oh, yeah. I think I've seen some of that guy's works. I guess this is all the more reason to put him on my list of things to take a closer look at.

...Someday...

You say big boobs, and I know Setfi is supposed to have big boobs, but for whatever reason, she doesn't seem any more well endowed than most other girls in your drawings...

And here I always thought that the appeal to Access's girls was the degree of uniqueness to all of 'em. Sure, some of them are similar, but even with that in mind there's still quite a variety.

Anyway, it looks good, but at the rate your shading's going I'd suggest that you might want to start coloring the lineart itself. The black in areas with little shading makes the whole thing look flat in an otherwise excellent display of contrast.

Oh, I think you should look again. The artist has checked her work, and the artist says they're bigger.
