Cilan is my third favorite character from pokemon (the first are Ingo and Emmet. and yes im a pokemon lover uwu ), so i really wanted to make a fan art of he, and has been really fun to draw, I don't like drawing manga and anime (I do not see or read this genre, only pokemon and little more) so do not expect more art of this style, I'll draw a sanji only for a art trade, and maybe some drawing of ingo and emmet.Cilan and pansage by Nintendo (c)
