Description
In the tutorial the rose looked too cartoonish for me. The centre petals seems angled differently to the outer petals. I chose to do the rose the way I’ve always done them, based on a spiral shape. This rose was rushed and done too quickly and I’ve made mistakes on the shading. However no matter how rough you may draw a rose if it is shaded where the petals go under each other and highlighted near the points of the petals or where the petals start to curve downwards it will come out looking ok.
