A chuchu is a creature with a potent electrical field that repels all physical damage, dealing it back on the attacker without taking any for the creature. This suits the wobbuffet's almost pacifistic battle style perfectly - a psychic creature that never attacks first, but always racks up damage, then deals it out twofold, or more.

The potent electrical field that prevents all physical damage from being done to the chuchu combined with the psychic powers of Wobbuffet...

It would be a creature so impossibly goofy nothing could stand in its way!

Can you imagine Counter with this combination - it takes the damage and nullifies it to itself, dealing damage when you attack - then deals it twofold back?
