Would he technically count as a pirate? He doesn't actually seem to do much pillaging of enemy ships, so much as crushing all who bother him.
In any case, Davy Jones is in later Deviations .

Davy Jones is the ruler of the sea. He is the sea. (Strange, but somewhat true.) Davy Jones is the best captain ever!!!! ^.^ He is my fav pirate!! ^.^ And he does crush all those who get in his way. (Or, most of them, at least.) Captain Davy Jones is the best of the best of the best of th best....(You get the point.) As you can clearly see, I am a big fanatic of Davy Jones. But that is because he rocks. (SO DOES HIS CREW!!!! WOOP!!)
