Here's another picture for the 100 pictures thing. This one turned out too obvious; not so much "Surprise" as, as they say, "Bleeding Obvious". On the other hand, I didn't want to make the trapdoor spider too well hidden or else it wouldn't be "Surprise" so much as "Nothing Happening" or "Vague Outcome".I'm not sure what I did wrong, but Alair looks significantly more adorable than usual. I think it may be that his head is smaller than normal while the features are the same size, but I really don't know. I have to work on my consistency more.

I forgot about Magic School Bus! Make that the THIRD biggest trapdoor spider I have ever seen (the new second and original first was from the movie "8 Legged Freaks"). Also, I have never played Magic the Gathering so I won't rule that one out.

Research would suggest that there is actually only one Giant Trap Door Spider and it's not that big. So, scratch that.

I hear that! I too have only seen it on TV as well (2 or 3 times, and once all the way through). I really need to find the DVD of that movie. Let me tell ya, great movie.
