Well, this here is a character I created for ~Kyouryuu-Tsuda 's Contest . The topic was to create a anthropomorphic pirate villain. I choose an octopus. Yes, he was based off Pirates of the Caribbean, but Captain Sao Feng rather than Davy Jones.

So, this is Three-Armed Huài. As you can tell, I felt like making a Chinese-style pirate (no idea why). So, he has the abilities of an octopus (colour-changing, flexible anatomy, high intelligence). Those green bits aren't tattoos and those black bits aren't hair, just patterns he's changed his skin to. He can also grow back limbs, except for the one which wouldn't grow back properly (hence the name). He can also wield 4 weapons at a time (maybe even 5 if he uses his moustache-tentacles). He also wields a Guandao. No idea why.
