new render of the Chef DeMassi mini boss 3d model from Ghostbusters: the Video Game.about 2 weeks for everything using Zbrush,Max, Crazybump, and photoshop.
he's on a 1024x1024 for the body and a 512x512 for the head. He's a little higher poly then i'd like due to needs of ingame cutscenes ( there were some planned with him at teh time) and he needed to hold up to close scutiny on his hands adn head. i'll post a wire so you can see.

We were denied cutscenes with this guy? Damn it all! I wasnt even missing them till i knew they werent there. he looks amazing though. I have to ask, was there originally an explanation for the scar on his throat or is that from one of his underlings who figured it out as they were dying? This looks so gooood...can you tell im a ghost fanatic?

i dont' know if his backstory was completely in the pke meter bio. basically he was supposed to be the head chef for this really prestigious 5 star restaurant in the hotel. a food critic from his last restaurant came that he hated for giving him a terrible review and potential could ruin his career. so he decided to poison him with wine. the bottles got switched and when all his sous chefs toasted he ended up poisoning all his staff instead of the critic. he panicked and ran but one of the sous chefs before he died knew the plot and hacked him with a cleaver before he died.
it was similar to that when i was given the task but def not the exact backstory so don't hold me to it. i have yet to play the full game thru yet on retail because i was playing it for 2 years continuously while we developed it heh.

Now that last bit i didnt know. Say on his Tobins entry that he was meerly poisoned with his fellow chefs. Like it when things make sense. Poor Deforrest did and does deserve cutscenes.

The scar on his neck is from that knife wound, the left out that last bit thinking it would to too violent...ya because accidental poisoning an entire kitchen staff is fine, but one little knife wound and everyone loses their mind.
