Good point. Hey I just thought of a special technique like Dark edge or wings of thunder for a Dewott to use.

Aqua Ripper. Basically razor shell energy blades come out the arms and shoulders and energy wings come out of the back maxing out the attack and speed of the Dewott using it.

Downside to the technique is that it's a double edged sword. Using it automatically cuts your HP down by almost half.
