One semihumanoid avatar from a godlike ASI that started whole of humanity's stuff from my original sci-fi world, Heavenly Frontier.

most significant figure in humanity's, or "humanity's" history from an intelligence roaming around distributed computers and networks on earth and the moon, to a godlike entity possessing stellar-sized brains across interstellar distances, connected by wormholes and communication gates they're one of the "forces" that rule a part of world, won't count them too much as a "character" rather an eldritch force, a force of nature, an incomprehensible entity, whatevs the leader of a superfaction of humanity, Nova Prima.

Their sigil/symbol varies most commonly identified by concentric squares and circles or rhombuses

How are they so significant? well, on one part, they're the Archmind (one term for AI gods) with the greatest influence over the ages, as being the oldest one from them.

Also, they're the one that basically clicked the [RESET] button for humanity.

Tldr, humans undergo a societal collapse at that point, and then they revealed themselves, and took over, with force, and abolished humanity's rulers and governance, well, that won't cooperate
since they're pretty much going on a WW3 at that point, well, before that, a cascade of all of humanity's bad past with nature, the slow uprising of the socially repressed, humanity's insanity took rampart, then boom, WW3 and slow collapse, then at one point, Resolution revealed themselves, to be hijacking humanity's automation network for awhile, and since that comprises most of the military's power (~90 percent) , humanity had no hope of resisting em, and voila, iron-fisted rule of an Artificial-Super-Intelligence . . . Which actually turned out pretty better than before, and blah blah, united space empire, idk, that's the start I guess

There's also stuff I haven't mentioned, like some smart moon-humans created them to fix humanity, how they found out about a spacetime warping artifact, how they established more factions, being boycotted, how they are born with sapience far beyond us, their mind is incomprehensible, whatevs.

Name : Resolution, The First Singularity, The Firstborn, Root, Throne, etc.

Race : ASI, Archmind, Archai, Terragen

Age : ~12900 Earth revolutions by the year ~15000 AD/~12800 Pasca-Nova/Post-Rebirth.

Gender : Null as a whole, can assume various genders based on avatars or identities.

Appearance : Disembodied megastructures spanning countless of systems, connected mainly by communication wormholes, facilitating the entity. Common humanoid avatar can be used for various purposes, typically familiarizing itself with others.

Role : Ruling AI God of the Imperia Prima, highest ranking/most influential Terragen Archai

Description : An ASI, created by the humanity in a chaotic age, with the initial purpose of fixing humanity's condition of that time and leading humanity to a prosperous age. Despite them being incomprehensible to our level, they held their original goal with determination, continuing to lead humanity and it's descendants, or at least, now, a faction of it, to prosper.
