But wow - he took a Getsuga Tensho head on and isn't really hurt - a small slice, much dirt and a bit blood but he seems to be more angry than in pain ~
Doing all the little scratches was a pain in the ass

in this image you made was clear and it seems your right , not that much of a damage , perhaps ichigo lower the damage level of his "heaven shocking lunar fang" with one hand cuz he want ivan alive but in bad situation and if he really want to get rid of ivan then he would ve use "heaven shocking lunar fang" in both of his hands together with rage .
plus this "not much damage" are you kidding me ? look at ivans right shoulder close to his neck , his skin is ripped off you could see that he s recovering it . and not just angrier than pain , but gone phys co !!!!
