This is a good piece my one concern is the arrow. The shaft needs to rest between the fingers and be more inline with the drawstring. Thus the fletching should be behind the wrist. This should clean up the drawing quite nicely. Other then that you got the pose and the body structure right, something I struggle with myself. Anyway hope this helps.

heyy first of i rly like that pic, the colours and anatomy are rly good!
The arrow kinda confuses the perspective tho, some thinning of the back part would do the trick!
Also, as i've noticed in many of your pieces, the lineart is a little dull, taking some appeal away. Try varying the weight of your inking more, especially on dark or shadowy(?) parts c:

Um, I think the arrow is to long. As he would actually grab where the fletching is and not the shaft.
