I really don't understand how you did this. With the same program I have? Sheeeeeesh.

it took about 3 days i went online looked up a bunch of pictures of gears tool and wires and stuff then cut & collaged them i mostly played with the blending options and hue&saturation
the blending tools can make certin colors in one pic, layered over another invisable so they overlap
