There's some REALLY funny character swapping mods for Dragon Age 2 on PC. During kissing or making love cutscenes, people switched one character for another.

Rofl, I loved one where they had Isabela and Aveline kiss. Or When a male Hawke carried Fenris into bed in place of Isabela, during her heated scene.
