2007 acrylic, watercolor and pastel on Fabriano paper.Better known as guacamole, it is a favorite for Super Bowl Sunday.
There are countless ways to make guacamole. Everyone starts with mashed avocado, but it goes in many directions after that. Some people add mayonnaise, some add sour cream, others add chilies, or garlic, or onion. Personally, I like Sonora style avocado dip, which is made with grated Jack cheese, a dash of hot sauce and salt. Nothing gets in the way of the delicous creamy avocado.

I eat advocado this way, peel it, remove the kernel, Mash, mash the avocado with the juice of a lemon and add sugar to taste. Let it get very cold in the fridge and then you have a nice dessert .

I tell you a secret...it was mostly done with acrylic paint left over from another painting and the paint was drying rather fast, so I did this quickly. I don't like to waste paint.

You know. you've painted something i eat from Monday to Friday - not the Guacamole, but every morning an Avocado, cut in half, take the pip or seed out, which sometimes i grind down to eat, also i have raw garlic with the Avocado. it's one of the nutritional super-foods available. tasty indeed. is it true i read somewhere that in mexico, that Avocado cartels are worse than drug cartels? did you mention this to me before of did i tread it somewhere? i can't recall now..btw..is this true or false?

Yes, you read it in a status update I posted some weeks back. The drug cartels also control the limes and avocados. Here you can get a kilo of avocados for about $1.50 USD. In the US one avocado is $1.00. But it's the same with pot and pineapples.
BTW, did you know that pineapples were recently banned at Reading+Leeds?

Ah yes, i thought i remembered this Avocado subject from somewhere. over here, you can buy 2 avocado's for around, £2.00, all depends where you shop, some supermarkets are cheaper than others, Aldi are quite Cheap. you can buy one avocado for under a £1.00.
I didn't know about the Pineapples being banned? i don't know this song either? but i read the news article and it's about the band and the lyrics containing ''Pineapples are in my head'' so fans were bringing pineapples to there concert and organisers l were a little worried so they banned them? lol, sounds about like the Time when Ozzie Osborne, supposedly bit a bats head off and after that moment, fans were bringing all kinds of dead animals to his concert and throwing them n stage Ha ! Fans eh? glad i'm not a fan in this sense. lol.
