I really admire those who can create such lovely Embroidery, ah primrose stars, the lovers heart connect green and blue dotted Triangle, Of sleeping flowers that are now awake with an embroidery so fine...it looks very authentic. as if the bigger picture of this wonderful pattern was draped over a bed...
Looks quite complex, was this and easy painting to create?

One of the easiest paintings I've ever done, because I love doing embroidery but don't have the supplies to do it. I imagined making a mini quilt then embroidering on top of it. I felt quite confident from start to finish, something not common for me.

In the late 90s, I used to win prizes at the county fair for my innovaative needlework: quilts, embroidery and crochet. I suppose it was because I always infused a masculine element into a traditional female discipline. When I find the photos, I'll send you examples. Suffice it to say my cloth creations are equal to my paintings!

Yeah, the problem is that most people here don't know the meaning of the word "eccentric". they think it means "epileptic". Something lost in the translation, I suppose.
You know I'm 66 years old and I have earned my eccentric label. I wear it like a war medal. I went through all the wars: The Coke War, The Crack War, The AIDS War, The Meth War, so I have medals for all those battles. Well, not physical medals, although I could design some and wear them on my clothes, and like a good veteran, when anyone asks, I could explain them.

I've not much to shout about, has you know my love for music, Art and songwriting, being in a band was interesting because ego overplays your mindset which i find moronic now.''we make ourselves out to be something we're not '' so i can now fully understand these moronic egotistical celebrities, when they're pointing the finger at us little people to either, 'be aware of our carbon footprint'', while they're jetting around the world, living in 3 mansions with all the mod-cons or moaning about wanting privacy, because fans and paparazzi make them angry and upset'' don't become a celebrity then, get a normal job like the rest of us plebs....sorry, rambling there..oh I've been a drug addict, addicted to Pain killers prescriptive ones, never illegal drugs and this was only down to an Accident i had -i was 20ft up a ladder window cleaning and the ladder slipped from under me, well below, i had a choice between a wall and concrete, i went for the wall, drop straight down onto the wall, lucky i didn't break anything but my back still hurts now and then, but at the time, yes, became addicted to painkillers. still take them not and again not as much as i used too.
Believe it of not but i can butcher meat, not slaughter animals, i could never do that but dress Meat, butcher properly, well i was a trainee butcher for a while but i gave it up because i hate blood and like to see animals living and not dead on a plate with some veg..i'm an Archer and i good archer too. i bought a proper archers Bow, all the equipment, a long time ago because i had an urge to be an archer, so i trained and found out i was a darn good archer - haven't done for a while now. I used to drink all the time, out drinking socialism but knocked that nonsense on the head, i'd rather stay in now and watch paint dry. life is boring Wayne....i'm boring you right? My GF, good lord, well she was a Model, Greek, came from Thessaloniki, slightly insane, very controlling but she was lovely, we broke up of course. To much hassle for me..Watched my Dad drop Dead of a heart attack, which is a life changing event, i cared for my mother and watched her slowly die over 4 years of a rare Cancer of the head an brain which was un-treatable, which taught me that life, no matter how good or bad you are doesn't really matter we all must face death Suddenly or slowly and painfully for some of us, i'm not afraid of death.....made me a different person, to look at life differently...Left school at 16, no education, yes..was never the sharpest tool in the box, i had to learn to become smart by my own means, ''the university of life'' so medals? i got no medals, I've had i strange life so far, full of Unexpected Events that never turn out the way they should. i never seek pity because i know there're people far worse of than me, all these first world flunkies should think themselves lucky being born into a system, where fuel, Warmth and food, Education is constantly and available..for a price of course..i got no agenda Wayne, i'm not on any mission to change minds or to over throw tyrannical governments or factions but i laugh at the Populous today, and how easily we, as human beings are brainwashed by the system we life in..
