Youβre welcome! π
Iβm ok, a little bored.....and very worried for family and friends and all the world! π
No, not back to normal this year at least! They are talking about perhaps opening day care and school for the youngest children....but I feel that is a huge mistake. π₯Ί

I haven't slept well since Wednesday, and that's not good for me. The best part is I don't have to go to work.
BTW, how are your daughters and granddaughters reacting to all of this madness?

My daughters grew up in a violent abusive home....they are very tough!
Linda lost her job because of the corona situation, so she is at home helping my granddaughters with schoolwork etc. They are doing ok.Β
But Safia has a chronical illness, she got it at age 5. She is now 17 and has it under control, Β but she must not get this virus..... Iβm so worried! And Iβm so glad that we are living at the countryside!Β

You're so right. To be in the country is perfect during this time. I'm not exactly in the country, but my colony is on the outskirts of the city. There is a national forest 5 minutes walking from the studio. I have the best of both worlds, because the Big City is only an hour away. Now there is no reason to go to the city, so I stay in my village.Β
Sorry to hear about Linda losing her job, but at least she can help the girls. Yes, the primary focus must be keeping Safia healthy, but I imagine it's hard for a teenager not to have face to face contact with other adolescents.Β

Thank God we have the Internet!!Β Β
I have just been telling my granddaughters about my early childhood! No TV, no internet, no phone! We only had a radio and every evening there was 30 minutes with stories for children, and if we had to call someone, we had to go to the telephone exchange in the town center......sounds like 500 years ago, not 50-60 years, haha!Β Β
(I was 7 when we got a TV and around 10 when we got a phone)
