She's my new OC! Her name is Ace, and she can control anything related to wind and rain :3
Ace-chan's racing throughout the atmosphere and she doesn't really care if she's....err.....perspiring a bit...=_=

i'm sorry if the scarf's weird- i wanted to try textures!!
i worked reeeeeeeally hard on this one, hope everyone will like it~

woh, amazing, she looks so much like my own OC, Crystal, who control wind as well, and wears that kind of clothes (especially socks! and blue a lot!), just here eyes colors is different but except that, they could be twins, funny !
