Presenting Goomy from the Pokemon series as a Robot Master named "Goop Man"! If you're wondering why his neck is normal and not slime unlike his arms and legs, I had the idea to make his limbs get longer when his head gets pushed into his upper body and shorter when it gets pulled upward.
