Here's another Hard Boiled Heavy I came up with. It's Heavy Swimmer!

Calm as the water itself (yet is capable of wrecking you if push comes to shove), Heavy Swimmer is a water-loving member of the Hard Boiled Heavies who commands several aquatic Badniks and is bent on ensuring that Sonic and his friends will wind up in a watery grave once they get to her. In battle, not only can she swim with both speed and grace (though when it comes to walking on land with her flipper feet, it's utterly difficult and ridiculous-looking), but she can also form bubble bombs within her hands before spiking them at her foes as well.
