According to the Disney site on Wikia.com, more than just Sonic and Tails make cameo appearances. I'll have to look out for the Sonic the Fighters console in the arcade the next time I see the movie.

YEES!! It's probably my favourite film of all time too.
I found it out not to burst into tears near the end. It got REALLY touching.
And the cameos was pure insanity at the beginning. It was just characters everywhere! XD
I seriously have nothing to complain about in the film, other than they spent too much time in Sugar Rush, but I really enjoyed the story when they got there.
Going to get the DVD day one. I could watch it 3 times in a row and not get bored.
