I like this picture a lot, for many reasons:
How you drew Neige, that pose and that serious expression of her. There are also many different tints of colors on the shades, it brings a nice feeling that we find again in the background; the whole picture exudes a kinda "Crystal Cave" feeling or something, and this fits with Neige. This kind of effects and style is also something I appreciate a lot in your work, this is really your stamp and it makes your style really personal
I also like how you did the Icy-effect-thingy which exudes from her hand 
As for the title... I gotta love the fact you changed the usual "Flames" by "Ice"

Well words change everything, it might have a huge effect if I only changed the last word into "ice"
