A little fan art of Final Fantasy's known creatures such like the Behemoth. Y'know actually they're that big, dangerous and hard to fight against them.
This time, I felt like making a little picure of a young and sorta very cute little Behemoth - extra fluff included
For some unexplainable reasons I name this little one Cid

The Behemoths are the most majestic and ferocious beasts of the FF universe, so it's nice to know they can be this adorable too ^^

Indeed ^^ It is similar to lion cubs. Once adorably cute as if they wouldn't harm anyone but then still being a powerful and majestic hunter.

Well, thanks to World of Final Fantasy you can catch a mini-Behemoth. And since FF XIV it's said that you can take a mini-Behemoth as minion so ... it is possible.
But you're right. It's interesting to meet fully grown domesticated Behemoths ^^

Well, technically you could have your very own Behemoth in earlier FF games. In XIV you can have a full-grown domesticated Behemoth as a mount, and in FF Tactics, you could invite one to join your party via one of Mediator's skills.
Behemoths are my favourite FF monsters, so I take every opportunity to get a playable one or at least an allied one ^^

The Behemoths in the FF universe are great indeed. Also my favs are the Cactuars and for a strange reason the Tonberries (even if they scared me the hell out of it as I experience them performing the "Chef's Knife" first time)

Hmm, good question. I know since World of Final Fantasy you can catch a "Babyhemoth" - a kind of a mini-Behemoth. Also you can have a Mini-Behemoth as minion in FF 14
So it is possible. Maybe they consider to have one of a kind as pet in their future games.
