This is just too adorable! I love the composition, nice job on Aura's tears and I love the curl to her hair in the front. She is just too cute! Beautiful job on the shading, especially the clothing and the hair. Especially mom's hair I love the way it shines.

Hmm... No. I'm a fairly manly man, but... after long trials in my life, I'm more open to the emotions I have.
I try to live my feelings as much on my sleeve as possible, but I'm pretty good at hiding them too. Heh, I guess I'm still a guy whatever happens, but the important thing is that I'm a confident person who's comfortable with who I am, so I don't need to prove anything, don't need to hide anything and I've got nothing to be ashamed of.

I got to level 2 and I don't really know how to play this.

Heh, they do that sometimes. The fights are automated, so it's about your decision rather than your skill. Even then they can surprise you, I took on somebody who had far less Strength than me, but it turned out they had a special ability and killed me in their first hit they landed. Such is My Brute ^^
The important thing is that two things up your stats: Fighting, and Pupils. You use your perma-link to get pupils, as everyone who clicks it has to challenge you and become your pupil, and every time you get a new pupil, and every time that pupil levels up, you get experience for it. Fighting nets you experience whether you win or lose, but it's so much more fun to win ^^
Also, you can register for daily tournaments to get ranked. The fights are automated and take place every half hour from 4am, but aren't as balanced as the ones you pick yourself, depending on how far you get, you get ranked ^^
You've managed to do *really* well so far, you've even got yourself one of the pets ^^ Come back tomorrow and you can do some more... wait... hang on [takes screen-shot] [link] I'm thoroughly confused... I seem to be attracting a pink-haired harem ^^

Ah yes, everyone has two sides to themselves, or even multiple sides in a few cases, but a fairy guardian is a physical representation of the other half of your soul. Your female side, for men, and male side for women, for example, and they have that same voice you hear when you can't decide on something telling you which you'd really prefer, or which you should do. Nick meets Kirianna when he travels to another world, where everyone has a fairy guardian to be their companion and helper in life.
But above all else, fairy guardians are there to fight your battles for you. Long ago, in the world this is based in, people discovered that fairies can't kill each other, and also that they are as powerful as your spirit is, so by ancient agreement, if two fairies fight to decide something, the one that wins shows the person with the greater spirit and therefore the one that would have won in a fight between the humans (technically speaking).
So you see the possibilities ^^ Kirianna partnered with the man known and feared for his implacable will and indomitable spirit, becomes an instant goddess of combat
Anyway, as I said, you'll have to read my mini-fiction (it's about 2000 words a chapter, keeping it small) to find out everything.
