Third entry! I started with a lot of ambition but oof we needed an art break

Here's a ornate eagle hawk inspired hub leader for hub number 24! I couldn't help but imagine a keb who loved soaring between the rock pillars and breaking through the dense haze that sometimes settles in the area in order to fly above it and catch the sun.
