England's air was a pain in the arse to finally get right. My mind kept trying to make it too spiky, like my Oc Nagasaki. lol! XD

And there is an actual curl like that on China's pony tail. Go ahead and check Himaruya's offical art. It's there. No one seems to bother drawing it in. I find it a cute addition to China's character design. -is bricked-
