You can thank my friend Mad-Man-with-a-Pen for tonights/early morning practice picture.

On his most recent status update: mad-man-with-a-pen.deviantart.… asked about everyone's favorite superheroine costume. I mentioned that mine was the long sleeved leotard with fishnets, knee high boots, wrist mounted weapons and equipment, and utility belt. Which coincidentally is a combination of Wildfire's universe hopping look, and Nightingale's canon look. He then asked how did come up with the girls looks as they are quite the variety, and basically it's based on the last thing I look at when I design a character. For this picture, I used the long sleeve leotard with the fishnets, and knee high boots as my base. Slowly, the wrist mounted equipment went to the wayside as did the utility belt. Wanted to try a hood with the costumed look, but the nods started to kick in at that moment. Color-wise, I wanted to stay away from my safety net colors and using mostly magenta/pink, magenta-red, and magenta-violet. On the right is the girl's non costumed look, based on an outfit I think I saved on my Pintrest board but didn't copy the link. First time ever using the gladiator sandals and I think she looks good wearing them.

Guess I have another girl to add to my growing stable of female characters, right now I see her being antagonist in general with the "Wonder Woman or Supergirl standard" of powers...flight/super strength/enhanced durability, etc. Unless there are some other ideas to consider.

Update 6-4: Infinite thanks to my friend Mad-Man-with-a-Pen with his suggestions, I now have a name for her. When in costume, her name is Starburst and when not in costume, her name is Stephanie Hampton. Her powers include flight where her top speed is at the speed of sound, super strength where she lift up to 20 tons (I need to scale up the girls who have super strength as I went past my initial 10 ton limit), enhanced physical abilities, energy absorption and projection, and she's able to use a portion of her powers to change her regular clothes to her costume and vice versa, as well as going from a brunette with green eyes to a redhead with magenta eyes. Added a belt to Starburst's costume, as well as the aforementioned eyes and hair color change, and gave Starburst's boots a more personalized look. Nothing was changed on Stephanie.
