Been wanting to do this for the longest time~! Now that I got all of their final designs down, I was able to make another height chart.
Quat's included since he, uh, kinda had to fight them all and serves as a... decent comparison size?(If it helps at all, Sonic is about 3'3" and X is 5'2"
)Makes me sad though because half of these guys are dead. :c I have no idea how the designers can live with making up cool robots only to have them all killed off.

To be fair, most designers would have to kill ALL of them. I was pleasantly surprised that you left as many as half of yours alive!
(Rainbow's height is a little inaccurate, stand normally like the rest of them you silly beaver!)
I support the "bring them back to life" thing. They ARE robots, so unless he exploded them or their brains got fried, they could be fixed as long as their parts can be retrieved. If nothing else, it'd make for a decent project for whoever dumpster-dives at the local scrapyard.
It could indeed lessen the impact of their deaths, but in at least one case (Beaver) the death kind of caused a "you asshole" reaction at the protagonist, while (by pure virtue of being villains) people may not care very much about those others. Not a sentiment I agree with, but nobody ever bats an eye at when you have to kill them in games, so all in all I think there wouldn't be much impact lost. The main impact would come from "holy crap, Quattor killed him!", so nobody would mind very much if they came back, except maybe Wolver depending on his reasons to fight to the death.
And I kinda wanna see Beaver's return and how the others would react to the little kid being alive again... Anyway, just my two cents, they all look awesome and holy crap Trojan is huge!

I was just thinking about this, you know? I was going to use the same size chart system with X being first in line. But I was going to do quick redrawings of the characters in more suitable poses (standing upright.) I can see what you mean about Trojan Horse being bulky, now. O.0 Don't let him sit on your couch.
How do designers live with having their design's scrapped in a single game? Simple: there are lots of them (designers, that is!) In the original Megaman, one person designed all the robot masters, every OTHER character, AND sprited them. Note that since this was the first game, that includes literally every character. However, everything was much simpler back then, and robot masters weren't covered in ultra elaborate suits. Nowadays, a character designer will draw ONE GUY!!! I'm sure a lot of designers work with more than one character, but really, expectations have changed with time.

Multiple designers...? Damn, no wonder. x_x I guess that makes designing these guys feel more rewarding though - comin' up with the names and powers and weaknesses and designs and color schemes all by oneself. (...Even though I get help from my friend with those things, but I do all the artsy stuff.
As for reviving them... I thought about that. I want them back, but at the same time it feels like it'd just lessen the impact of them dying. D: Trojan's most likely to return on his own, though - he'd be a whole plot in himself. But I'm mostly concerned about Night Gale... I really like him, THEREFORE, I WILL FIND A WAY TO WRITE HIM BACK TO LIFE. >8U I can't settle for the rebuilding route since the doctor wouldn't have time to - he has other projects to work on! Like building another whole set of these guys.
But you're right about the others still being around. I've thought about their own futures and realized how nice it's gonna be for my Quat to have them as allies. X)
