ohhw , you sure have to look at it.
i hope its not your kidneys. i had that once, a kidneyinfection, and it hurted like hell and had a fever of 42 degrees and they almost operated me on my appendix because they thought that that was the cause. It was a bit my own fault that i had such high fever because i still went to school and only after 2 weeks when the pain got to bad; i went to the docter and ended up in the emergency room because he tought my appendix was on the edge of exploding

well i wen there but they couldn't decide what was wrong. then they insulted me by saying i was anorexic.
they said if the pain was still bad in two days then i have to go back.
