Description
I love Rotom, I think it's concept is brilliant and I love it's formes INCLUDING its new PokéDex forme!
Taking its design and concept into consideration I thought I'd design a new Rotom with a CRAZY twist for it's abilities.

Gatcha Rotom was inspired by the highly addictive Gatcha machines (you know the machines where you paid £1.00 and you would get a capsule with a random toy in it) and just like the Gatcha Capsules in the machines, Rotoms attacks are COMPLETELY Randomized!
It has a new Ability called "Gatcha Type" where every turn it will change its typing and it only knows 1 attack called Capsule Blaster.
Rotom also has two new attacks exclusively for it called Capsule Blaster and Capsule Healer.
Capsule Blaser will have a random attack type where if it hits any targets it will damage them with an unknown typing whilst Capsule Healer if aimed at any target will either heal them or boost their stats!
