I love this! It's so simple and beautiful *0*

May I ask where you got the walnut ink? I've been looking for something browner than sepia but I can't seem to find a good brand.

If you painted with tea o.o

But this is a really nice piece, makes you feel all warm and fuzzy inside.

So elegantly simple, and yet it speaks volumes and lets us imagine so much more (especially since it really does look like you painted with tea!). It's truly a picture with a comforting, calming tone. I love the tea sample colors, as they look like a set of little watercolor jewels - just beautiful!

I tried to 'dye' a paper with tea when i was younger and i feel like it could be hard to paint with it- like to get a really dark color? you'd have to use really concentrated tea...

some people at school painted with coffee and it had a really nice effect. I don't know if tea would do the same though... ><

Yay~~ I really want to go tea shopping too soon... I go through my tea really quickly so the only black tea I have right now is English Breakfast and I really want to get a good chai blend T///T

If you find one let me know. I'm not really big on chai, but probably more because the tea was poor and not because I dislike the flavour.

I keep falling back on Ginger Pear tea from Trader Joe's, but I want more variety. I'm thinking of doing what my friends do and joining a mail-order tea club that sends you tea.
