So this is the one that I've had in my head since the summer. Basically Jessie is cosplaying as Pokemon X/Y's preschooler female trainer and her grandmother (Jess's mom) is dressed as the Expert Trainers....At least I think that's what they were called. Didn't relize they'd be around until I found them in a cave late in the game. This is basically a part of this little thing I did with Jess and he clones/sisters: Cosplay Sisters

Jess doesn't exactly see eye to eye with her mother, but that's because her mother is trying to put some meat on her bones. Jess not wanting to get fat tends to eat very little of her mother's cooking. When Jessie came along Mrs. Sinclair decided to try spoiling her granddaughter a bit with food. That isn't to say she's given up on her daughter though.
