Description
The old City of Steinbruch was widely regarded one of the UHR's centerpieces for Hoffnung art and culture. Its tall spires are what inspired much of the architecture in the surrounding regions. It was a jewel to behold until the war came. Even to this day it is unclear what side caused the atrocities of Steinbruch amidst the chaos of the battle old Hoffnung soldiers and sailors will say it was a Shirudo task-force without banners but it is still unclear. The enemy fleet planted charges on the mountain range directly west of the city. It was said that the city, surrounded on three sides by mountains, was strategically placed, and nearly Β impossible to take. So it wasn't taken, the enemy task force bombarded the mountains surrounding the city until a massive landslide formed. Enough earth was set loose to bury the entire city, and its population. An entire Hoffnung fleet died attempting to stop the enemy task force, but they were forgotten to time. Much like the city of Steinbruch was forgotten.ΒThis is for an ArtWar, Airfortress.
I understand that its not possible in real life to bury a city using surrounding mountains, but gimme some artistic freedom wontcha???

The quality of this is very nice but leaves me sad knowing that a city of our bothers/sisters is destroyed... Β

Thanks! Yeah idk how plausible it is in real life but with artillery bombing the mountain sides I think it could be done!
