This requires a bit of context.Rogan is not a very common first name, but much to my never-gets-old entertainment, there is a Highlander romance novel where the hero has the same name! This has made Rogan Dolly the butt of many a joke concerning kilts.
Naturally, comics had to be made.
What can I say? My brain has the GOOD crack.
