Description And here representing episode one of the radio play, The Long Dark Tea-Time of the Soul, we have Kate trying to catch a flight to Oslo but finding her way hampered by a large Nordic man who can't get a first-class seat due to the fact that he doesn't have a ticket. Or a cheque to pay for one. Or a passport.

Not long after the check-in desk blows up and Janice, the check-in girl, is turned into a drinks machine so it's a bad day for everyone really.

I love the expression on Thor's face. it's as if he's taking in the fact that he won't be able to catch the flight to norway.

...because he has no money. or ticket. or agreeable, acquiescent manner. or travel visa or whatever he has to have.

Indeed, watch as it slowly sinks in... "Pass...port?"

..and hear him slowly cursing in ancient norse. "teiwaz raido othila perth sowelu sowelu ansuz perth?"

OMG> Thor is perfect! I love Kate peering around him. He's like a rock pillar.

This was the first time I drew Thor. I was looking forward to drawing him and so I'm rather relieved that he came out looking exactly like he does in my head!

I'm intimidated by the idea of trying to draw him. I keep meaning to try doing sketches of him and Kate though.
